Payment
Requirements: Payment is due within 10 days of the close
of the auction.We both appreciate and require prompt payment. After all
auctions that you won have closed, please checkout to specify
shipping and payment details. Orders are shipped on a first come/first served
basis. Care must be placed when submitting bids -- once placed, bids cannot be withdrawn
by bidders for any reason. Time payments will not be extended to bidders in this
auction unless arranged for prior to bidding. At its sole discretion, ComicLink may cancel
wins of any items for which payment is late and/or suspend the accounts of late payers. If
payment is late, a minimum of 1.5% interest will be accrued on the balance owed and
interest will continue to accrue on the unpaid balance at the rate of 1.5% per month. If
payment is not made within 15 days of the end of the auction, ComicLink may also charge a
3% late fee, as per the terms
and conditions, or, at its discretion, resell items won by winning bidders to other
customers (in which case 90% of the resale price is applied to winning bidder's account
and ComicLink will earn a commission of 10%), or, at its discretion, elect to purchase the
items for its own inventory or for resale, in which case all winning bidder rights to the
items won are relinquished.
